In 1959, a group of progressive citizens formed the County of Bath Chamber of Commerce. For over 50 years the Chamber has served not only as the voice of the business community but also supported tourism initiatives and the running of the County’s only Visitor Center.

In 2010, the County developed a separate tourism department, but still contracts the Chamber to run the Visitor Center located on Main Street in downtown Hot Springs. This restructuring has opened up opportunities for more educational and entrepreneurial avenues to be explored as well as allow the Chamber to grow into a better serving organization. The County of Bath Chamber of Commerce now looks forward to focusing more on the needs and wants of our members while we continue to strive to be the central point of information, communication and support for the entire Bath County business community.
